Motel Policy
- Guests must be 25 years of age to make reservations and stay at this motel. In addition, any guests under the age of 25 must be staying with a parent or guardian.
- We are a non-smoking property for reasons of health, safety, and comfort of all of our guests. Guests who violate the policy and smoke inside premises are subject to a minimum $100.00 charge for returning the room to smoke-free status and by booking, all guests automatically agree to being charged by accepting this policy.
- No Pets allowed
- Parties/Events are not allowed
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your arrival will be charged half the cost of your stay plus taxes.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@bellasirenainn.com.
- Additional guests beyond the default party size of 2 persons, will be charged an additional cost of $20.00 per night per person. These additional charges will be applied to the total cost of your stay upon check-in, if not already included in your reservations. Maximum guest size per room is 4 persons for our Motel Room Apartment Suites and 2 persons for our Studio Efficiencies.
